This is a dangerous product. We purchased this product approx. 2 years ago, but did not use it much. However, now that we are using it the product get excessively hot. I have pictures of actual burns on my legs from where I have had the lap top on my legs after falling asleep for 15 minutes. What good is a lap-top that can't be used on your lap. I would express extreme caution when considering this product for high school or college students. Of course, my calls and letters to HP have been unanswered. read full review »
