I have a mortgage which was purchased byBank of America in August, 2009. Original mortgage was by Taylor Bean of Ocala, Fl. August, 2008. In March of 2009 Taylor Bean had decided I did not have home owners insurance. So when they paid the Real Estate Taxes they took out a policy for $2600. I caught this end of May called Taylor Bean, kept the rep on the phone and faxed a copy of the home owners policy showing that the policy was paid at time of purchase of the home August 2008-August 2009.
