This is the second time I was ripped off on an audio book download. I ordered five mp3 books from barnes and noble amd only recieved 1 of them. called customer support five times. the only refunded me for 2 of the books. said I would have to eat the cost of the others that were delivered incomplete when i tried to download them. I should have known it would be a hassle, because you have to have their on special player for the downloads too. What a waste of time and money.
