I purchased a VIP discount card from Prestige Cleaners that clearly states "no expiration date" and they will not honor the card. The card states they will clean my shirts for 99 cents each time I use one of my punches. They charged me $2.75 per shirt, making me pay extra because my shirts were tall, and offered no discount and completely dismissed my VIP card. It would have been nice to know the charge when I dropped off the shirts. However, the clerk probably did not notice because he had me sort and count my laundry.
