I replaced the gear drive in my overhead door drive and was unable to adjust the chain drive. Called Spectrum Overhead and Travis made the adjustment within time and price quoted. The garage door would not descend and he told me it was a bad circuit board. I replace the circuit board, but same problem. After a little investigating, discovered the wires to the electroni sensors had been cut and the sensors repositioned. I wired the sensors back to the opener, repositioned them and re-installed the old circuit board. Everything works as it should, no thanks to Travis.
