Bad customer service is simply a gross understatement at Mandurah Outboards. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem with my boat but once they completed their so called repairs, the boat came back to me in worse condition (no reverse gear). Somehow they managed to talk me into spending more money and after I picked up the boat the second time, the bill was higher than originally quoted.
