I recently received a letter from Wells Fargo Financial stating that they forgot to charge me a convenience fee in July and August and it would be on my January bill. That is ridiculous and almost six months ago - why now? because of the economy? b.s. If it is true, which I do not believe it is, they should just take the hit for it and not come after the consumers - if they do it to me they are doing it to hundreds of other people - guess how much money they are making off of that one letter alone. read full review »
