I had arranged for Steve Welch to board my 11 week old dog for 5 days. He required I pay in full and provided me only with an invoice showing my credit card had been charged. After having difficulty arranging for the air transport of my puppy from the breeder in Sacramento, Steve said he had a "buddy" Matt who drove that route who could pick-up the dog Monday or Tuesday and deliver it him for $100.
