After much searching, I ordered an engagement ring for my girlfriend on Fromthesky.com . What a mistake. When the rind got here, there was a big dent/cut out of the gold on one side. I went back and forth with customer service - who, by the way, are totally rude in their e-mails. I was basically told "too bad, so sad" and that if I wanted to pay to have it shipped back to them, I could pay them MORE to fix it and have it done the way they should have done it in the first place.
