The story is too long to detail here, and SEARS has already wasted enough of my time...essentially, SEARS customer service is a joke. It took me five phone calls to reach someone who understood the problem, then they still weren't able to resolve it. I waited five hours for a tech to fix my oven before being informed that the service department was having technical difficulties and wouldn't be able to make the repair today. Seriously...I waited for FIVE HOURS, then had to call myself to find out what was going on. Inexcusable! read full review »
