sears was called to repair a dishwasher. They charged me $70 for the in home visit. They quoted me $470 to repair the pump. I said I could buy a new dishwasher for that price, and I did. Six months later, I discover by chance that the part was indeed under warranty! So I spent $1000 for a new dishwasher. That was fraud!
