I live in an area advertised as having 4G coverage. The degrading signal(s) resulted in chronic signal loss (for me). I was not able to stay "online" for more than 2 or 3 minutes at a time - then required to reboot modem, and attempt to get back online - what a hassle. The Notebook computer I used was running Win7 and is state of the art. Now I too have the hassles of returing items, hours on the phone trying to cancel/get credit.
