Verizon Retail stores, Mainly TEAMS ELECTRONICS worst customer service you will ever get. They are very rude and if you go in there and ask for help after your phone got stolen to switch your phone number to another phone. Plus your a Prepaid customer they will send you away saying they can't help you. DON'T GO to Teams Electronics. Such bad service mainly this big guy who will rip you off and send you away.
