Before getting involved with ACN, you REALLY need to know what you're getting into. Yes, it is a multi-level compensation company. That isn't necessarily a bad thing, since to some degree every industry works that way. Their compensation plan is very good. You earn the small percentage when you only have a few representatives under you. You earn large percentages when there are lots of reps to earn from.
