I purchased a portable washer and dryer from the Sears store in Fairfield - just southwest of Birmingham. These are Kenmore appliances so my expectations were high. The washer/dryer was delivered to my home on the date expected, only the delivery men told me that all the parts were not included in the delivery. They called Customer Service and I was told the parts would be shipped to me in 7 to 10 business days.
