The claims adjuster lies to clients trying to get their claims handled. I have been the victim of some one with this insuance who hit me from the rear while I was at a red light and now they will not cover the damages done to my car and will not cover the cost of the car rental. The adjuster is rude and lies in order not to pay. Wants the victim to sign releases without the amounts inclosed or without releasing the checks for medical expenses.
