Penney's ALWAYS has sale items with a rebate. I have purchased some rebate items from Penney's and NEVER received the rebate. I spoke to a femal manager on January 10 or 11 about the rebates and she said "Those rebates are such a pain. We have customers complain all the time about them and w have some employees here who have not gotten theirrebates either. I just wish w could do away with them." Well guess what?
