The "Free Trial" offered by Vibrant Smile is a SCAM!!! From our research and reading other complaints, this company is or has done business under several different names including Premium White, Everbright Smiles, Celebrity White, etc. We signed up for a free trial for a $1.95 charge for S&H. Our credit card was immediately charged $126 for an annual membership. We discovered the website had a contract which stated we could cancel within 5 days, which we did.
