I also ordered a pair of boots in November and they charged my credit card that same day. Three weeks later they cancelled my order but to date I have not received a refund. I have tried repeatedly through e-mails and phone calls to resolve the issue with no luck. I don't know how this company can just take your money and nothing happen to them. read full review »
