They are a scam business running off monthly service charges. I was trying to use uup my postage balance and print out stamps. I managed to load the labels in upside down. No worries right, just like their software says. WRONG! You have to send int the miss prints. Did I mention that you have to be a member to get a refund. Refund 2 to 4 weeks. Monthly charge $9.99.
