I met with Bruce from Photovideo Network after my daughter's bat mitzvah and he assured me he would work with me. We had prepaid for the photography, but when I met with him and saw the album that came with the package, had wanted to upgrade the album. He told me I could put the other monies we had paid toward a nicer album and I would have to pay additional money.
