After using shoplet.com several times without a problem, I received a box missing an item. "No problem, " I thought and called the company. After a couple of weeks, I finally talked to a surly "customer service" rep who informed me that the box weight showed that all items were in it when shipped! Really? How much did those three mechanical pencils weigh compared to the rest of my order. I never got my pencils back and will never shop at shoplet.com. Oh, btw, just try unsubscribing from their email list. I have a half dozen times and, no surprise, received an unsolicited email this morning. AVOID THESE IDIOTS AT ALL COST. read full review »
