I opted out from my Juniper card over the phone. Unfortunately, they think that I needed to also send a letter. I now have a closed account and they want me to pay a 29.99% interest rate when I followed all their instructions. I have never made a late payment and I now have a jacked up interest rate from 12.24% to 29.99%. Do not use Juniper if this is how they treat a "valued" customer. I now have to fax a letter to the company and possibly contact an attorney over something that a company should be doing in the hopes of being reputable. read full review »
