This company is COMPLETELY screwed up. I've been working with them since April 2009, and every 2 months we have to start over as they say we never began the process of refiguring our loans. Then they take our payments and apply them as they wish, including to pay late fees that we didnt owe to begin with. I've sent them recepts showing where we paid on time, and they took the late fees anyway, then set the rest of the money aside because it was no longer a full payment. They have completely screwed our mortgages up and their is NO ONE to hold accountable. Any one with any ideas, please let me know!!! read full review »
