Company does not care what happens to clients when trainers are terminated. No one called for two days. When I called, I was given an appointment which reflected my preference for a male trainer. Later, I received a call from a woman who said I should contact her about training. To me this reflects that the company (1) doesn't understand the interpersonal nature of fitness training and/or (2) cannot or will not listen to its customers. Please note that Matt Moreno was an extremely professional and approachable trainer. He has been particularly good with a newbie like me who has resisted fitness for 60 years. read full review »
