After several failed attempts: called 800 # on website - was told to send an e-mail to [email protected] (no response at all), read return instructions in website - told to send e-mail to [email protected] - 3rd attempt, finally got a work order number but nothing after that. I read someone else's posting on here to call 866.349.2162 - finally got a live person on the phone. Mia, Ext 217. She gave me return instructions.
