Just got a Cricket phone Saturday. It's Tuesday. My old # has still not been rolled over to my new phone... And it took an act of congress, and several days to get my internet broadband set up (complicated!). I am in school, online, so this was frustrating for me. I have called customer service four times. Twice I was transferred to a foreign land call center and the english of the tech was horrid--communication was terrible and I was told transferring my # was "impossible" -- finally got someone at an Ohio call... read full review »
