I used to go to Planet Fitness 4 to 6 times a week. I have been a regular member for about a year. The New Years brought on way too many new members. You have to wait on every piece of equipment now and some of the equipment that there is only one of... are broken. Planet Fitness has no way to submit complaints online. This company should be aware that the Williamsport Franchise has over booked new members by at least 40% and that I'm sure there are zoning laws or local ordinances about too many people being in this gym at the same time. read full review »
