I rented a new Iron Plus Water softner from Culligan of Northwest Ohio in Feb. 2009. They were charging us $61.00 a month + the salt. We have had nothing but problems with it. It never took out any of the iron from our water well system. They were here numerous times taking water samples and making ajustments. We finally got tired of it and told them to come take their softner out and reinstall our old one. They did come and remove it finally. Two days later I get a bill for $247.00 for reinstalling our old unit. I am extremeely disapointed in the whole situation. read full review »
