I Would not deal with this company again. I Ordered a Knife for a Christmas gift on Dec 17th. I Received the Knife on Jan 12th. I Called on Dec 23rd to check the order status since I didn't hear from them yet, they didn't send an email letting me know the knife was back ordered. They said it would ship on Dec 28th. The knife came in the original box but it was crushed becuase it was shipped in a bubble mailing bag. Product is new but service with this company was horrible. I asked on the 23rd if they could bump my shipping to 3 day UPS, was told "No, sorry" Good price doesn't always come with good service I guess. read full review »
