A place I have used is Propertyroom.com. It gives you police seized items but also a lot of stores dump there items here too. Loads of jewelry. I have purchase maybe a dozen rings / earrings and a necklace... all were as described and all very inexpensive!!! They have bulk items that can be a great value but (as with any auction) it can grow to something that isn't a great value. My husband has purchased car stereo items through here as well.
