I recently used The Dutch Connection for my wedding flowers.I made my bottom line price very clear at the first meeting with Paula--no matter what, I couldn't spend over $700. Imagine my surprise when the final amount charged to my credit card was almost $100 more! When I asked Paula about it, she said it was "impossible to know" how much the flowers were going to cost beforehand and that "that's how florist work". She refused to refund anything!!
