Customer service is HORRIBLE! After ordering two chairs for our company and a month of not receiving the chairs, I tried to contact customer service several times. When I finally got through, they said they'd call back and never did. Called again a few times with the same promises of returning my call. After calling them, they finally "pulled up the info" and had to re-order. Took another 20 days to get the chairs. After two weeks of using them, one started cracking up the frame.
