I have recently got the free trial for premium white off the internet, it did not say there was anything to sign up to. They took £28 out my bank account and then another £57, I have since sent back the product and a letter enclosed. I have called customer services who have sent me a cancellation email but so far no money has been refunded. I also asked for a contact email address which they said they didn't have.
