Dubai International Investment & Trading, run by Mahmoud a el Shahal (Chahal), promised my company several million dollars in loans and never delivered. We paid upfront fees for loan insurance and travel fees to meet with involved parties in China, London and Taiwan. We did our due diligence and checked with a prominent bank in the UK which verified the loan, but that seemed to be part of the scam.
