Wow, where do I begin to describe the horrible experience I had with this company. I ordered a dog sweatshirt for a Christmas gift for someone on December 15, 2009. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. It is now January 19th and I still haven't received it. I tried many times to contact the company to find out where my order was and then to cancel my order.
