We like so many other have been duped $39.99 from our checking account for HPL Subscription Services. What concerns me is that you fill out all the appropriate and necessary forms, closed bank accounts, contact local and federal law enforcement agencies, and they "DO NOTHING". What gives, I mean obviously we are not the first individuals that has fallen victim to these ASS...! But why isn't something being done"?
