Ordered a table 11/4 was charged immediately for it $1400. They promised delivery within 4 weeks. Contacted them after 4 weeks to be told table on it's way. Long story short the table was still at the manufacturer 8 weeks later awaiting freight company to pick it up. Eleven weeks after the order I get a call to say the table is damaged and they can't deliver it afterall. OK I say just refund me and we'll call it a day. No they say that's not their policy.
