This is a follow-up to my initial complaint submitted under "Feliner" in regard to the Visa debit gift card transaction being denied by the merchant yet the card is charged anyway with a "pending transaction". Visa reinstated my $50 card balance, but I had to com- plain to them in writing and even then there was no guarantee that they would refill the card.
