Like so many others, I ordered the intial product and then kept receiving more coffee at $34.00 a pop. I sent the shipments back and requested my account be closed - this was back in June/09. Then, to my surprise, in December/09, I started receiving the product again - two shipments within a week of each other - and charges on my credit card of $79.00 per shipment. I called on Dec. 24th and actually spoke with a person (Cynthia), who said they were trying to close my account but accidentally reactivated it ... I don't understand how that... read full review »
