I was hurt at work back in July 2009 and as a result fell behind on my rent and bills. My job which initially didn't want to take me back until I filed for Unemployment finally did, but at 2/3rds of what my pay was. I managed to pay off my Phone, gas (National Grid), and electricity(Con Edison).
