I was trying to book tickets via Makemy trip.com on sept 23rd to fly from Pune to Chennai on Oct 2009. When the website took all the details abt the bank to withdraw money to issue tickets, everything was going smooth. At the end of "process complete", I got a message saying, the system has some problem and so tickets are not yet issued. If any money charged from credit card, it would be refinded in 14 days. please try again". I tried again for the second time and the same message was sent via email.
