The worst expierence I could imagine...After an agreed reasonable price, we put in for banks approval but apparently there were "difficulties encountered" so we were left hanging (with hopes of becoming desperate im sure from vandergriff) for 5 days. finally when they told us of our approvel, we drove all the way out there to find out the "GENEROUS" offer was not so generous.the manager attempted to feed us some story as to why they were rasing the price $2, 500. there were so many lies involved, they couldnt even keep up... read full review »
