The service at the Benoni branch of McDonald's is consistently shocking! They have now introduced a barricade around the drive-thru. Not only is this very unsafe in this area, as you cannot get away, but it also means you cannot simply exit the queue if it takes too long. I have waited up to 40 minutes in their "drive-thru" on numerous occasions! I think that it is ridiculous that I have to drive 30minutes to get to another McDonald's simply to get a "fast" meal!
