We purchased a cell phone from Kyles Treos and paid via Paypal on 1/12/09. We did not receive the item a week later. We looked on Ebay and he was no longer a registered user. We contacted Paypal to get the refund. The refund was submitted but then was taken back. We have emailed the user and are awaiting a response. read full review »
