I purchased my Home from Terrazaz Enterprises and paid in Full 3/2006 The floors I paid extra for a bubbling and seperating. He used cheap laminate flooring I paid for wood. The Septic system was installed by Roto Rooter. The builder has not paid him and the septic system has not been permitted and Roto Rooter has placed on Lein on my home and will not service the system until he is paid in full. I have cracked windows not replaced as promised. I do not yet have a driveway pad to enter my 2 car garage. My bathrooms have never been grouted. There are numerous other complaints. read full review »
