The platters my husband and I were served were cold. I approched the counter to tell someone and I could not get his attention because his back was turned and he was yawning. Finally he came over to me and I told him the platters were cold and I could deal with cold fish or chicken if I had to but I really hate cold fries. He offered to bring hot fries, but that was all--no ( I'm sorry, if you would like we will make fresh platters for you). He brought some fries to our table and left.
