Ordered the Free Trial over the phone, not over the internet. The rep that took my order did not mention anything about the product not being free and that after 14 days I would have to return it if I didn't like it. She actually reiterated to me many times that the product was for Free and all I was being charged for was the shipping. I ordered the product on Nov. 16.
