This company's primary goal is to do anything in order to deny your warranty claim. My 2-year-old Whirlpool front loading washer began to leak softener and laundry detergent out the front. I was forced to pay the $165 repair to replace a tray (it took the serviceman three seconds) because it was not a "mechanical failure." Same thing with a dryer blade that came loose.
