To Whom it may concern, I am writing because I recently used your product in a trial offer. I was dismayed to see you withdrew money from my account above and beyond the amount I authorized for the trail. I have attempted to contact you and am unable to get through. I expect a refund of $39.41 or I will be forced to contact The Better Business Bureau. Your company represents the dishonest and fraudulent problems that plague our country.
